How you claim your bonus:
1. If you haven't done already, register to Betsafe.
2. Make a deposit to your betting account.
3. Send an email to bonus@betsafe.com where you state your user ID or username in the subject field.
The customer support will then transfer the bonus to your betting account. Normally this will be done in less than 15 minutes, but during big campaigns where the resposes can be massive, you may show a little patience.
